The Opportunity
You will be joining our friendly Administration Team providing a comprehensive customer focused service to all aspects of the Hospital Front Office. You will be required to work across both our Hunters Hill Private Hospital and Castlecrag Private Hospital as required. You will be responsible for effectively performing the administrative and reception duties within the department as part of a team that works cooperatively sharing roles and responsibilities to meet the needs of the customer. You will provide a high level of customer service directly to our patients at the front desk in greeting them and processing their initial paperwork. In this role you will report to Administration Manager and work closely with a supportive team.
Skills and Experience
To be successful in this role, you will be a well-presented individual with highly developed communication and organisational skills. Your strong administration skillset, attention to detail and accuracy will be key to this role as will your ability to manage conflicting priorities working in a fast-paced environment.
You will also bring:
- Previous medical administration experience in healthcare setting desirable
- Ability to work autonomously as part of a team where required
- Excellent communication skills both verbally and in writing
- Collaborating with clinical and administrative teams to maintain smooth operations.
- Managing appointments, records, and correspondence efficiently.
Assisting with day-to-day office operations and ensuring compliance with healthcare standards.

Requirements
- Must provide a National Police Check conducted within the previous 12 months
- According to the role, Ramsay may require a Working-With-Children check and proof of immunisation against infectious diseases.
