Position: Casual Cleaner

Location: Central Coast

Our Small team are dedicated to providing exceptional cleaning services tailored to the needs of individuals with disabilities. Our goal is to create a clean and comfortable living environment for our clients, ensuring their well-being and happiness.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Perform routine cleaning tasks in residential homes, including dusting, vacuuming, mopping, and sweeping floors.

  • Wash, dry, fold, and iron laundry as needed, maintaining organization within clients' laundry spaces if needed.

  • Communicate with clients to understand their specific cleaning needs and preferences, ensuring satisfaction.

  • Follow safety protocols to handle cleaning chemicals properly and maintain a safe working environment.

  • Maintain cleanliness and orderliness in client homes according to individual needs and preferences.

  • Ensure all cleaning tasks are completed to a high standard.

  • Communicate effectively with clients to understand their specific requirements.

Requirements:

  • Good eye for detail

  • Can connect with clients

  • Prior cleaning experience is essential.

  • NDIS Worker check and modules completed

  • Strong attention to detail and a commitment to high-quality work.

  • Ability to work independently and manage time effectively.

  • Current police check and working with children check (or willingness to obtain).

  • Valid driver's license and reliable transportation.

  • Own equipment (desirable)
