The Role, we have opportunities available for commercial cleaners and for coal conveyor cleaners -

  • The positions are for a casual shutdown project (04/10/2025 to 08/11/2025) based in the Mannering Park area with the potential to progress to ongoing work.
  • The hours of work are expected to be Monday to Friday 6am to 2pm (these hours may vary slightly to suit business needs).
  • Coal conveyor cleaners - you will be performing conveyor belt cleaning duties on site which entails shovelling coal and hosing under and around the conveyor belts.
  • Commerical cleaners - you will perform cleaning of buildings and amenities onsite.
  • You will demonstrate commitment to the position, pride in your work, reliability as well be able to follow instructions and complete the tasks issued.

Skills and Experience

  • Heavy labouring / commercial cleaning experience is preferred but not essential as full training is provided
  • Be able to meet the physical demands of a labour-intensive role for coal conveyor cleaning
  • Be able to work in hot dusty environments for extended periods of time
  • Current drivers' licence and must have own transport (Manual licence is preferred)
  • Must have a current White Card
  • Good communication and organisational skills
  • Understanding of Work, Health & Safety
  • Be able to complete and pass a full medical including drug and alcohol testing. We have a zero tolerance for drugs and alcohol and testing is ongoing during employment.
