About the Role

We are seeking a Team Leader to join our vibrant crew of cleaners. This role is hands-on and will see you working in the field alongside your team, leading by example, and ensuring our clients receive the highest standard of service.

Your key responsibilities will include:

  • Leading, supporting, and motivating a small team of cleaners
  • Training and mentoring new staff to uphold our standards
  • Ensuring quality control and client satisfaction
  • Assisting with scheduling, reporting, and day-to-day team communications
  • Being the go-to point of contact for your team when in the field

This is a full-time role with opportunities for growth as the business continues to expand.


About You

We're looking for someone who:

  • Has cleaning experience (residential or commercial) and excellent attention to detail
  • Loves working with people and building team culture
  • Is organised, reliable, and confident managing others
  • Has strong communication skills and problem-solving abilities
  • Holds a driver's licence and is comfortable driving a company vehicle
  • Has the flexibility to work across Central Coast & Lake Macquarie

Leadership experience is ideal but not essential — if you're a motivated cleaner who's ready to step up, we'd love to hear from you.
