Part-Time Leasing & Property Management Assistant – West Perth

A well-established property agency in West Perth is seeking a Part-Time Leasing & Property Management Assistant to support their growing residential portfolio. This position offers 30 hours per week and the opportunity to work in a professional, supportive team environment.

Key Responsibilities

  • Manage the end-to-end leasing process, including hosting inspections, screening applications, and liaising with owners for approvals.
  • Provide regular updates to landlords and deliver excellent service to tenants.
  • Assist with routine and final inspections, preparing feedback and recommendations.
  • Complete administrative tasks accurately and within required timeframes.
  • Support property managers with additional duties as required.

Requirements

  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills with the ability to build rapport.
  • Highly organised with effective time management skills.
  • Proficient in property management software and Google Workspace.
  • Professional presentation and a strong customer service focus.
  • Current driver's licence and reliable vehicle.
  • Real estate registration/licence preferred but not essential.
  • Full working rights in Australia.
  • Availability to work Saturdays for property viewings.

Role Details

  • Location: West Perth
  • Hours: Monday, Tuesday, Thursday, Friday (11:00am–5:30pm) and Saturday (9:00am–1:00pm).
