Veritus Research is seeking for casual Receptionists commencing in April to be the first point of contact for visitors to Veritus Research and demonstrate our company values to ensure a positive experience.

Veritus Research improves world health and accelerates medical advancements by expertly managing clinical trials.

To be successful in this role, you will:

  • Contribute to visitor satisfaction by exhibiting our company values and making all you meet or speak to feel welcomed, valued, and comfortable
  • Ensure all participant payments are completed, and all required data is entered into Clinibase within 1 business day of visit
  • Ensure all weekly and ad hoc supply orders are filled within required timeframes to guarantee the continuity of the business
  • Contribute to other administration tasks as required

KEY SKILLS

  • Computer literate in MS Word, Outlook, Excel, and the ability to learn new systems quickly
  • Excellent oral and written communication skills
