We're looking for a reliable MR Truck Driver to join our Northern Tasmania division. This is a permanent, full-time role based at our Launceston yard — perfect for someone who values teamwork, safety, and getting the job done right.

What You'll Be Doing
  • Collecting and delivering scrap metal bins on time, every time
  • Communicating with management about OHS, environmental, or site issues
  • Following daily collection plans while staying flexible when needed
  • Supporting yard operations when required
  • Building strong relationships with our loyal customer base
  • Always working safely and professionally
What You'll Bring
  • MR or HR licence with 2+ years' commercial truck driving experience and a clean record
  • Great customer service skills — you'll be the face of TMR with clients
  • Reliable, punctual, and self-motivated with a strong work ethic
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team
  • Physically fit and able to pass a pre-employment medical
  • Right to work in Australia
Bonus points if you have:
  • Hiab/crane operation experience (training available for the right candidate)
  • Forklift licence (LF) or tickets for load-shifting equipment (excavators, etc.)
  • Experience in waste management, recycling, or similar industries
  • A long-term employment history showing reliability
