About the CentreOur beautiful service has recently opened and with occupancy growing we are seeking to recruit a lead educator. Our brand new Centre offers outstanding design features and engaging environments. We pride ourselves on engaging resources and amazing set ups of the play spaces. We endeavor to connect with our community and build positive relationships. We pride ourselves on providing quality care for all children and be a Centre of choice
The RoleWe are looking for a highly motivated Lead Educator to join our Team. Within this role you will be responsible for planning and guiding children's learning and development. You will also be confident in leading a room and giving directions to fellow team members to ensure children's needs are met. Your input towards growth, quality and a vision for learning will be encouraged. You will have prior experience in a similar role and meet the qualification expectations for this role.

Required Qualifications & Desired Skills- A Growth Mindset,
- A love of learning,
- Ability in developing and maintaining positive relationships with children families and colleagues,
- Suitable qualifications for the role,
- Understanding of the Early Years Learning Framework and National Quality Standards and the QKLG,
- Current Working With Children's Check - Blue Card,
- Knowledge of relevant legislative policies, standards and requirements.
