Hamilton Eden provides exceptional education and premium care to all children from Nursery to getting them prepped and ready for school. Our journey begins at 6.30am where our educators are busting with energy to embark on the days activities.

A day in the life of a Co-Lead Educator
At Eden, we believe sharing is caring — and this role truly embodies that. As part of a job share, you'll work closely with our current Lead Educator, collaborating on everything from programming and planning to mentoring junior team members. With flexible options like a 4-day week or 9-day fortnight for true balance.

  • Designs purposeful programs that empower children to explore, discover, and grow as independent learners
  • Encourages curiosity, resilience, and confidence in every child
  • Engages young minds through meaningful, intentional interactions and teaching

Skills & Strengths & Style…

  • A Diploma in Early Childhood Education (or an ACECQA-approved equivalent).
  • A current Working with Children Check.
  • Strong knowledge of the EYLF and National Quality Standards.
  • Full Australian working rights.
  • The confidence and curiosity to build genuine connections with families and the local community.
  • A team-first mindset and a passion for making a real difference.
