At Perryman's Bakery we are passionate about producing high-quality gingerbread that is distributed nationwide. As we continue to grow, we are looking for a Production Team Leader who is eager to take the next step in their career.

Key Responsibilities

As our Production Team Leader, you will:

  • Operate various food manufacturing equipment
  • Ensure smooth operations via great communication and problem solving
  • Oversee the daily production process, ensuring efficiency, quality, and safety standards are met
  • Support the training and development of new team members
  • Assist in troubleshooting production line issues and implement improvements
  • Ensure all health, safety, and quality control guidelines are followed

  • previous experience in a food production or bakery setting
  • A genuine desire to take on leadership responsibilities and grow within the company
  • Strong communication and teamwork skills
