What you'll be doing day to day:

  • Provide operational support for enterprise systems and modern infrastructure in a fast-moving environment.
  • Deploy and troubleshoot custom business applications, resolving complex technology issues as they arise.
  • Uplift, optimize, and modernize integration, automation, and legacy platforms to support evolving business needs.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to consolidate, modernize, and future-proof our infrastructure.
  • Monitor system health, proactively resolve issues, and drive continuous improvement initiatives.
  • Participate in a rotating on-call roster—including weekend changes—to ensure reliability and uptime where it matters most.

What you'll need to be successful in this role:

  • Proven experience in enterprise infrastructure engineering (Linux/Windows systems, service management, resilience).
  • Hands-on skills with enterprise automation and integration tools such as Control M, IBM Cognos/Data Stage/MQ/Business Automation Manager, IDM, Opentext Capture Centre, TIBCO Business Works, Microfocus Server Express, and Apache TomCat.
  • Exceptional problem-solving skills, with a track record of thriving in collaborative, cross-functional teams.
  • Strong communication skills—able to bridge technical and non-technical audiences to drive outcomes.
