dual-focus role
 ideal for someone who thrives in a dynamic environment. You'll work directly with 
homebuyers
, guiding them through one of life's biggest decisions. At the same time, you'll also support our investment team sourcing high-performing properties across Australia for strategic investor clients.

What You'll Do

Homebuyers in Sydney:

  • Manage client briefs and offer tailored property guidance
  • Research and inspect suitable homes across Sydney
  • Provide expert due diligence and analysis
  • Build strong relationships with local selling agents
  • Negotiate and/or bid at auctions on behalf of clients
  • Deliver a supportive and high-trust experience for homebuyers

Strategic Investment Support:

  • Assist the wider team with sourcing investment properties
  • Research growth locations and markets nationwide
  • Conduct data-led due diligence on potential acquisitions
  • Collaborate with team members on investor briefs and negotiations

Other:

  • Support the Director with managing new client enquiry
  • Assist with clients annual portfolio reviews
  • Assist with property market research
  • Other adhoc support

Who We're Looking For

You're someone who thrives in a fast-paced, client-focused role and you're passionate about property from both an emotional and economic point of view. You may have experience in property sales, buyer's advocacy, property management or real estate advisory, and are looking to expand your skillset.

Candidates must hold Australian permanent residency to be eligible for this position.

We're looking for:

  • Prior real estate experience (buy or sell side, or property management)
  • Minimum 1-2 years of real estate experience is required for this role
  • A current 
    NSW Assistant Agent - Certificate of Registration
    (minimum)
  • Strong knowledge of the 
    Sydney property market
  • A genuine interest in helping 
    homebuyers
     and 
    investors
  • Highly professional, ethical, and self-motivated
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
  • Confidence in working independently and as part of a team
  • Reliable car, driver's licence, laptop, phone, and a compliant home workspace
  • (Bonus) Personal experience as a property investor
  • (Bonus) Interest in or study of property economics, valuation or finance
