Company Description

Rok Solid is Australia and New Zealand's first and leading renewable energy land brokerage, connecting landholders with companies looking to lease or buy land for renewable energy projects.

Rok Solid has successfully secured land for over 70 renewable projects across NSW, Queensland, Victoria, South Australia, Tasmania, and New Zealand.

We are based in Greenhouse Tech Hub, Salesforce Tower, Sydney, and provide flexibility for some remote work.

Role Description

This is a full-time role for a Renewable Energy Land Buyers Agent. The agent will be responsible for all tasks related to land acquisition for renewable energy projects.

Agribusiness / Team Assistant experience would be great.

This is a hybrid role that is primarily located in Sydney, NSW but also allows for some remote work.

Salary

  • $70k-$100k plus performance bonus
  • Contractors or full-time
  • Negotiable, dependent on experience

Qualifications

  • 1-3 years prior industry-related experience (BD, Property, Consulting, Renewables)
  • A people person with strong communication skills
  • Identify suitable land options and negotiate with landowners
  • Experience in the renewable energy industry / agribusiness
  • Experience in Real Estate is a bonus but not a necessity
