We are seeking an organised and motivated Office Manager / Bookkeeper to support our operations. This will be a hands-on role based in Vineyard NSW which will suit someone who is able to work autonomously and effectively in a fast-paced environment.

Hours:
7am - 3pm

Please note: This will be an on-site role not WFH.

Pay negotiable dependant on experience.

Key Tasks:

  • Maintain accurate financial records, including accounts payable and receivable
  • Prepare and process payroll
  • Reconcile bank statements and credit card accounts
  • Continuously improve internal processes and procedures
  • Manage updates to vehicle insurances & registrations
  • Manage office supplies, consumables, and general administration
  • Handle calls, mail, deliveries, and reception duties
  • Act as the go-to person for day-to-day office needs

About You

  • Experience as a book keeper or accountant
  • Experience with Xero will be preferred but not essential
  • Possess attention to detail and strong organisational skills
  • Ability to prioritise and manage multiple deadlines
  • Professional, positive, and proactive attitude
  • Reliable and confident managing both finance and admin tasks
