**About the Role**

We are looking for Support Workers who are not just qualified, but truly committed to enriching the lives of others. Many of our clients live with dementia and require empathetic, knowledgeable support. You will provide:

Our teams are carefully selected to ensure every client is supported by people who truly understand their needs — including the complexities of dementia — and are committed to their journey.

We believe in supporting our staff just as much as we support our clients. As a Boutique Disability Support Worker, you will be valued, guided, and provided with ongoing learning opportunities, including dementia-specific training and resources to help you thrive in your role.

- Have experience supporting people living with dementia, as well as people with disability, and a genuine passion for person-centred care
- Embrace flexibility, with availability for overnights, weekends, and work across diverse environments
