Cockburn Central, Australia Boutique Disability Services Full time

**Support Worker - Cockburn Area**:

- Join a team driven by purpose, guided by values, and dedicated to making a difference._

Boutique Disability Services is seeking experienced and compassionate Support Workers with experience supporting people living with dementia to join our team and work alongside clients in and around the Cockburn area. This role offers a unique opportunity to be part of something deeply meaningful — empowering individuals to live with dignity, independence, and choice.

**About the Role**

We are looking for Support Workers who are not just qualified, but truly committed to enriching the lives of others. Many of our clients live with dementia and require empathetic, knowledgeable support. You will provide:

- In-home assistance with personal care, daily living tasks, dementia care, and possible overnight support
- Community participation including social outings, group activities, and goal-based support
- Flexible weekday and weekend availability

Every client we support is unique — and so is their care. You will work closely with individuals and their families to implement person-centred support plans that reflect their goals, preferences, and aspirations.

**Why Boutique Disability Services?**

We do more than provide support — we build trusted, tailored teams aligned with our core values: respect, competence, trust, and empowerment. Our teams are carefully selected to ensure every client is supported by people who truly understand their needs — including the complexities of dementia — and are committed to their journey.

We believe in supporting our staff just as much as we support our clients. As a Boutique Disability Support Worker, you will be valued, guided, and provided with ongoing learning opportunities, including dementia-specific training and resources to help you thrive in your role.

**We’re Looking for Team Members Who**:

- Have experience supporting people living with dementia, as well as people with disability, and a genuine passion for person-centred care
- Embrace flexibility, with availability for overnights, weekends, and work across diverse environments
- Communicate effectively and respectfully with clients, families, and colleagues
- Follow support plans and adapt to clients’ evolving needs with empathy and professionalism
- Are proactive learners with a positive, can-do attitude
- Uphold client safety, dignity, and choice at all times
- Are aligned with our values and committed to excellence in support delivery

- NDIS Worker Screening Check
- Police Clearance
- Current First Aid & CPR Certificate
- Valid Driver’s Licence
- Australian Citizenship, Residency or appropriate Working Rights
- Qualifications in Disability, Aged Care, or related fields are highly regarded

**What We Offer**:

- Access to our Employee Assistance Program (EAP) to support your mental health and wellbeing
