Join Australia's leading Fire & Electrical company – where safety, teamwork, and service excellence come first.

At FCF Fire & Electrical, we're passionate about protecting people and property. We deliver high-quality fire protection and electrical compliance services across Australia, helping our clients maintain safety and peace of mind.

About the Role

Key Responsibilities

  • Schedule and manage fire service, maintenance, and repair jobs in Simpro
  • Allocate technicians according to skillset, location, and workload
  • Monitor and review daily schedules, rescheduling incomplete jobs where required
  • Manage incoming work requests via email, calls, and quote conversions
  • Order parts, coordinate customer bookings, and assign jobs to the correct technician
  • Maintain clear communication with customers, technicians, and internal teams
  • Ensure all scheduling complies with Australian Fire Standards (AS1851 & AS2293)
  • Keep accurate and detailed records of bookings, reschedules, and job notes
  • Collaborate with Territory Managers and other team members to ensure seamless workflow
  • Support continuous improvement of scheduling processes and service delivery

About You

You're a natural multitasker with a proactive attitude and a passion for organisation. You enjoy solving problems, supporting a team, and delivering outstanding customer service.

To succeed in this role, you'll have:

  • 2+ years' experience in job scheduling or coordination, ideally within the fire protection or trade industry
  • Experience using Simpro or similar job management software
  • Excellent time management, communication, and organisational skills
  • A keen eye for detail and accuracy
  • A strong focus on customer satisfaction and service excellence
  • The ability to work independently while contributing to a positive team environment

  • A supportive and collaborative environment
  • Ongoing training and professional development opportunities
