Position Overview
The Education Coordinator plays a key role in advancing the mission of a regenerative farm in the Southern Highlands, NSW, with multiple integrated enterprises within a circular system. The role is responsible for developing, delivering, and coordinating educational programs, workshops, and tours that reflect these principles and inspire diverse audiences, including industry professionals, landholders, farmers, schools, and the general public
Through storytelling, site tours, and philanthropy engagement, the Educator Co-ordinator showcases our focus on:

· Education and capacity-building
· Inspiring landholders, farmers, and the next generation
· Driving innovative thinking and creative solutions.
The role is responsible for creating clear pathways to engage stakeholders locally, nationally, and globally through messaging related to regenerative farm practices and processes, including online storytelling and the development of educational content for social media. By co-creating hands-on learning experiences, workshops, and tours, the Educator Co-ordinator ensures visitors gain meaningful insights into holistic farming practices and diverse enterprises (including emerging systems such as insects), with the goal of creating positive change and fostering stewardship of the planet.
Key Responsibilities
Responsibilities of Education Co-ordinator include, but are not limited to:
· Develop, design, and deliver a diverse range of educational programs and experiences (in-person and online) for schools, industry, landholders, corporate organisations, the local farming community, and the general public.
· Create and share educational messaging through online platforms and social media, using storytelling and digital engagement strategies to broaden accessibility and amplify the farm's mission.
· Design and implement specialised initiatives such as the Farmer Incubation Program and Indigenous and non-Indigenous Co-Learning Land Management Programs, fostering knowledge exchange, respect for Country, and local food system resilience.
· Plan and coordinate large-scale events, including conferences, summits, and panel discussions, that showcase innovation and leadership in regenerative farming.
· Facilitate community engagement and build partnerships with locally and nationally recognised not-for-profit organisations to extend reach and impact.
· Lead strategic planning of educational programs and messaging to ensure alignment with the farm's mission, values, and regenerative ethos.
· Work with the Risk Officer to ensure all programs, tours, and events meet health, safety, and compliance standards.
Key Skills and Attributes
· Previous experience in educational programs and messaging essential
· Strong understanding of the regenerative farming and the industry trends
· Good organisational skills and strategic planning,
· Excellent communication and presentation skills, with the ability to engage diverse audiences.
· Work independently and also as part of a team, manage multiple tasks and prioritise effectively
Other Information
· Flexible work hours may be required to support operating schedules.
· National Police Check and Working with Children checks may be required.
