We're now looking for a warm, organised, and proactive Part-Time Receptionist to join our friendly,

professional team in Carlton (1 weekday + Saturday).

What you'll do

  • Answer and manage phone calls and client enquiries
  • Manage bookings and clinic schedules
  • Welcome and assist clients on arrival
  • Support our Clinic Coordinator & Operations Manager with daily tasks
  • Assist Clinicians, Nurses & Doctors with in-room preparation
  • Recommend and retail products to clients (full training provided)

  • Warm, articulate, and well-presented
  • Excellent spoken and written English
  • Highly organised and able to multi-task
  • Enthusiastic about the aesthetics industry
  • Enjoy working as part of a close-knit team
  • Confident discussing and recommending products (training provided)
  • Comfortable using Microsoft Office and clinic software
