You'll work one-on-one with people of all ages and backgrounds—supporting them in their homes and out in the community. From sharing a walk in the park to helping someone build life skills, your presence will matter every single day.

What You'll Do

  • Personalised Support: Assist with daily tasks like personal care, cooking, cleaning, and mobility.
  • Goal-Focused Care: Help clients work toward personal goals—whether that's building independence or social inclusion.
  • Community Engagement: Encourage and support clients to be part of their community and do what they love.
  • Companionship & Connection: Offer genuine support and build real relationships.
  • Record Keeping: Document client progress to help shape their support journey.

Must-Have Requirements

  • A current First Aid Certificate and CPR
  • A valid Australian Driver's Licence and a reliable, registered vehicle
  • Working with Vulnerable People (WWVP) Card – ACT
  • Police Check (National Criminal History)
  • Completion of the NDIS Workers Orientation Module – "Quality, Safety and You"

We offer flexible work arrangements, but hours and shifts depend on the needs and preferences of our clients. Your availability and willingness to work can influence how many hours you're offered.
