Core Talent are currently recruiting skilled dogman/riggers to join one of our key clients who specialise in multi-residential and high-rise commercial builds. This position is based in Yeronga and offers a great opportunity to join a reputable construction company with long-term potential.

Duties will include:

  • Dogging and rigging duties assisting tower and mobile cranes on-site
  • Coordinating lifts and ensuring safe load movement
  • Working closely with crane operators and site management
  • General site duties when required, including assisting trades and equipment setup
  • Following all WHS and site safety procedures

This is a full-time position starting on a labour hire arrangement for 2-3 months, with the view to transition permanently with the client upon successful completion of probation.

Pay & Benefits

Labour Hire Rate: $50-52 p/hr + $24 Daily Travel Allowance + Meal Allowance (after 9.5 hrs) + Super + Overtime

Permanent Rate: Negotiable upon direct employment

Please note: This role will initially be offered on a casual basis through Core Talent.

To be successful, you'll need:
  • Current Dogging & Rigging High Risk Licence
  • Construction White Card
  • Proven experience working on high-rise residential or commercial projects
  • Strong understanding of site safety and communication skills
  • Ability to work within a fast-paced and professional construction environment
