About the Role

This is an exciting opportunity to develop your skills and expertise in underwriting real estate investments, market research, and financial analysis. As an Associate, you will be responsible for:

  • Conducting market and deal research
  • Supporting senior team members on transaction analysis, business planning, and strategy
  • Developing financial models and presentations
About You

We are looking for a highly motivated and analytical individual with approximately 4 years of experience in investments, preferably with an investment banking or real estate fund background. The ideal candidate will have:

  • Strong analytical skills and experience with financial modeling
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Able to work well in a dynamic environment and collaborate with internal and external professionals
