Southern Volkswagen is a South Australian, family owned and operated dealer group based in Reynella, 20kms south of the Adelaide CBD. Employing over 100 people, our group comprises of Southern Volkswagen, Reynella Mazda, Southgate Used Cars, Southgate GWM Haval, Southgate LDV and EV Moto SA. We currently deliver over 200 vehicles a month with an annual turnover in excess of $100 million per annum.

Southern Volkswagen is currently seeking a Customer Service Representative / Service Receptionist to join our growing team.  The Customer Service Representative will be responsible for contacting our existing customer database to make service bookings, follow up calls, general business development calls and other key administrative tasks. This includes inbound and outbound calls.

To be successful in this position, your phone manner will be professional, friendly and focused on providing the highest level of customer service to customers while keeping a focus on achieving your KPIs and targets. Recent high school graduates are welcome to apply.
