**The Role**:
Reporting into the Storage Manager, our Store Consultants are a vital role within our business, as they work closely with our customers to ensure a seamless service is provided. The role itself is a multi-faceted role of customer service, admin and operations. Located in Reynella, this centre is a high volume, busy centre catering to both residential & commercial clientele, on a day-to-day basis some of the key daily duties would include:
**Your responsibilities include**:
Work in a customer facing environment to deliver the ultimate customer experience by supporting our customers in making the best storage choice for their needs
Clean & maintain the storage facility & grounds.
Having a strong focus on centre presentation and maintenance.
Assisting & servicing the Commercial Customer Base to ensure their needs are met on a daily/weekly basis
Assist in ensuring the Centre achieves its budgeted KPI goals
Conduct centre tours and walk throughs which showcase our facilities
Keep a keen eye on centre presentation, maintenance, and cleanliness to ensure our centres always represent our high standards.
Maximize sales conversion opportunities via various ports of communication.
Maintain a safe and secure centre by wearing appropriate safety gear, safe use of equipment, and following workplace health and safety procedures.
Complete arrears management steps to ensure accounts are kept up to update and offer solutions where feasible.
Action general administration duties such as customer contracts, inventory, and insurance claims

**Skills and Experience**:
Strong communication skills to build relationships with customers and stakeholders.
You have a motivated, proactive and positive attitude.
Customer service experience in a sales environment (desirable)
Ability to work well in a team and autonomously.
Willingness to learn and grow with the business.
Driver’s license and car (desirable)
Have strong administration skills.
Impeccable Attention to detail
Driven by results & an eagerness to take ownership over your work.
