Site Manager – Prestons, NSW

The Opportunity
We are seeking an experienced and results-driven Site Manager to lead our Prestons warehouse operations. This is a key leadership role responsible for ensuring operational efficiency, customer satisfaction, and sustainable business growth.

As Site Manager, you will:

• Lead the delivery of logistics services for all contracted customers.

• Set performance targets and drive continuous improvement.

• Manage site profitability and ensure compliance with contractual obligations.

• Build strong customer relationships and identify growth opportunities.

• Maximise warehouse capacity and utilisation.

• Foster a positive workplace culture and develop team capability.

• Ensure compliance with EHS, financial, and operational controls.

• Analyse site P&L and initiate corrective actions where needed.

• Champion a safety-first culture and high-performance ethos.

• Drive succession planning and talent development.

What You'll Bring

• Minimum 5 years' management experience in transport, logistics, or a related industry.

• Proven track record in managing large warehouse operations.

• Qualifications in Business Administration, Logistics Management, or equivalent experience.

• Strong leadership, analytical, and communication skills.

• Ability to work collaboratively and influence positive change.
