Site Manager – Prestons, NSW
The Opportunity
We are seeking an experienced and results-driven Site Manager to lead our Prestons warehouse operations. This is a key leadership role responsible for ensuring operational efficiency, customer satisfaction, and sustainable business growth.
As Site Manager, you will:
Lead the delivery of logistics services for all contracted customers.
Set performance targets and drive continuous improvement.
Manage site profitability and ensure compliance with contractual obligations.
Build strong customer relationships and identify growth opportunities.
Maximise warehouse capacity and utilisation.
Foster a positive workplace culture and develop team capability.
Ensure compliance with EHS, financial, and operational controls.
Analyse site P&L and initiate corrective actions where needed.
Champion a safety-first culture and high-performance ethos.
Drive succession planning and talent development.
What You'll Bring
Minimum 5 years' management experience in transport, logistics, or a related industry.
Proven track record in managing large warehouse operations.
Qualifications in Business Administration, Logistics Management, or equivalent experience.
Strong leadership, analytical, and communication skills.
Ability to work collaboratively and influence positive change.
