The Company
This international Luxury Apartment Builder Developer are looking for an experienced Site Manager to manage their latest boutique development in Chatswood area. Be part of something special with this prestigious builder that already has a solid footprint and project pipeline in the upper north shore.
Over the years they have developed an excellent reputation in the high end apartment sector.
The role
You will be managing a 4 storey high end apartment building and this role would be ideal for a Mandarin speaking individual.
Duties and Responsibilities
- Take the lead role in the day-to-day management of on-site safety
Manage the day-to-day site activity in-accordance with the programme and comply with business systems
Manage the project documentation with Procore
- Ensure a high level of communication and teamwork through direct communications and on-site meetings.
- Consistently achieve and assist sub-contractors in their obligations to meet a high quality of workmanship
Requirements
- Minimum 10 years' experience as a Site Manager
- Ideally qualifications in Construction Management, trade qualification or similar
- Extensive experience delivering Class 2 projects
- High attention to detail and exposure to high end finishes
- Proven expertise using Procore or Aconex
- Ability to interpret plans and drawings
- Previous tenure with other apartments construction companies
- Strong leadership and management skills
