Quality Resort Parkhurst is looking for Cook/Chef for the Oasis Restaurant

About the role

Our restaurant primarily caters to locals, in-house guests and bus groups. We pride ourselves on providing wholesome meals of excellent quality.  

You will be responsible for:

  • Servicing the catering needs of inhouse guests and locals
  • Stock control and maintaining cleanliness.
  • Providing consistent product to high standards
  • Food Safety and WH&S Compliance

What we are looking for:

  • A 'can-do' attitude
  • Proven experience in a similar role
  • Excellent cooking skills
  • Flexibility to work a rotating roster
  • Passion and motivation to continue growing your skills and career.
  • Enthusiasm and reliability with a professional work ethic.
  • Knowledge and understanding of the restaurant and motel industry.
  • A focus on delivering the highest standards of presentation, product and overall customer experience.
  • Sound demonstration of product knowledge, technical skills and food standards
  • Is willing to work alone as well as part of a small team.

This is a Casual Position, the remuneration on offer will reflect the skills and experience you bring to the role.
