Rubi Hair is a well-established salon looking for an experienced qualified hairdresser to join our family and walk into an existing clientele. We work to perfect the balance between delivering an exceptional client experience and nurturing our stylists' creativity.

Candidates must have a minimum of 1-2 years of experience as a qualified hairdresser.

A Certificate III in Hairdressing qualification is required for this position.

What we offer:

  • Annual Salary $60,000-$75,000+++ depending on skills and level of experience
  • Superanuation on top of advertised wage
  • Weekly achievable commissions for more $$
  • No Saturdays
  • Paid training included in work week
  • Paid birthday off
  • Flexible employment arrangements, 4-day working week, PT/FT, NO WEEKENDS – let us know what works for you
  • Closed over Easter and between Christmas and New Years

Being a part of the Rubi Hair Team (FINALIST SALON TEAM OF THE YEAR AHIA 2024), we will set you up with a clientele and a fun group to work alongside. Our team, which consists of the best salon coordinator, as well as skilled apprentices helps you do what you do best, HAIR

Our team is family; we work together for the common goal of exceeding our clients' expectations.

We offer continued education, monthly one-on-ones, attractive commissions structures and believe our staff have the highest skills and abilities on the floor.

All of this achieved within our sustainable environment to ensure our environmental footprint is minimised. Our strong client base is fun, energetic and a wide variety of people that are suited to the mix of stylist as well as the brand.
