About the role

Colorista Hair and Beauty is seeking a qualified Hairdresser to join our vibrant team in Doncaster East, Victoria. This is a casual position, offering flexible working hours to suit your lifestyle. As a qualified Hairdresser, you will play a key role in providing exceptional hair services to our valued clients.

What you'll be doing

  • Performing a range of hair cutting, colouring, and styling services to high standards
  • Providing personalised hair care advice and recommendations to clients
  • Maintaining a clean and organised workstation to ensure a safe and professional environment
  • Collaborating with the team to deliver a seamless and enjoyable customer experience
  • Keeping up-to-date with the latest hair trends and industry developments

This casual position requires availability for weekdays and Saturdays.

What we're looking for

  • Formal qualification in Hairdressing
  • Certificate III in Hairdressing qualification is required as minimum
  • Proven experience as a qualified Hairdresser, preferably in a salon environment
  • Minimum of 5+ years of hairdressing experience is required
  • Strong technical skills in cutting, colouring, and styling hair
  • Must be proficient in cutting, colouring, styling, and basin work services
  • Excellent customer service and communication abilities
  • Passion for the hair and beauty industry and a commitment to continuous learning
  • Flexible and adaptable approach to work, with the ability to thrive in a team environment
