Main duties include:

  • Hair Cutting, Foil application, tint application, blowouts, straightening application
  • Building client relationships, through product knowledge, colour analysis and having the ability to relate and suggest different looks to clients
  • Provide Hair Care Management - thorough knowledge on the products we provide and the ability to diagnose products to clients so they can maintain their hair in between visits
  • Provide exceptional customer service, building rapports with clients and providing exceptional service
  • Stay current with trends, techniques and styles, participating in ongoing training and utilising social media platform

Requirements

  • Recognized Certification in Hairdressing or proven experience in lieu of.
  • Minimum 3 years' experience as Hairdresser
  • Amazing communication skills and manner
  • exceptional creative abilities to offer and experience in all areas of hairdressing
  • Ability to work in fast paced salon, ensuring adequate time management
