We are now seeking an experienced Senior Sales Consultant to lead our Head-Fi sector within our flagship store in Melbourne. 

Job Title: Retail Sales Consultant (Full-time role)

Job Description:

As a Retail Sales Consultant, you will play a key role in providing exceptional customer service while leveraging your strong product knowledge and passion for audio.

You will act as an ambassador for our brand, embodying our core values and mission, and guide customers in selecting the perfect products to meet their specific needs and budget.

Responsibilities:

  • Leverage your strong product knowledge and passion for audio to provide exemplary customer service.
  • Act as an ambassador for our brand, embodying our core values and mission.
  • Guide customers in selecting and understanding the right product to meet their specific needs and budget.
  • Exceed sales targets
  • Engage actively with product launches, demonstrations, and team training sessions.
  • Collaborate with the wider team to ensure the best customer experience and drive sales.

Requirements:

  • Proven experience as a Retail Sales Consultant or similar customer-facing role.
  • Strong knowledge and passion for audio products and technologies.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Exceptional customer service and sales skills.
  • Ability to understand customer needs and recommend appropriate solutions.
  • Ability to work collaboratively in a team-oriented environment.
  • Standard working hours: Tuesday-Saturday 10am-6pm.

Qualifications:

  • Previous experience in a similar role, preferably in the Head-Fi or audio industry.
  • Previous experience with home automation and integration.
  • Exceptional communication skills, both verbal and written.
  • Passionate about delivering excellent customer service.
  • An understanding of the audio-visual market, products, and customer needs.
  • Willingness to participate in regular training sessions and product demonstrations.
  • Must share our love for music and audio.
