Working Team Leader, Education Portfolio

About the Role

We're seeking experienced, hands-on Working Team leader to manage school cleaning portfolios. You'll support and lead cleaning teams, ensure high service standards, and maintain safe, clean learning environments.

What You'll Bring

  • Experienced in cleaning at least 5+ years
  • Proven experience supervising cleaning teams
  • Experience in schools or similar environments (preferred)
  • Strong leadership, communication and organisational skills
  • Experienced in using cleaning machines, steam cleaner, floor scrubber ect.
  • A current Working With Children Check and driver's licence
