About the role
We are seeking a compassionate and dedicated Support Workers to join our team. In this role, you will provide high-quality, person-centred care and support to individuals living with a range of physical, intellectual, or psychosocial disabilities. Your aim will be to enhance the independence, dignity, and quality of life of the people you support.
Key Responsibilities
- Assist clients with daily living activities such as personal care, meal preparation, dressing, and hygiene
- Support clients in achieving their individual goals and promoting independence
- Facilitate community access, including transport and supervision during social outings or appointments
- Assist with domestic duties such as cleaning, laundry, and shopping
- Provide emotional support and companionship
- Maintain accurate documentation and progress notes
- Communicate effectively with clients, families, and other healthcare professionals
- Follow individual care plans and report any changes in client needs or behaviour
- Adhere to workplace health and safety procedures and organizational policies
Essential Criteria
- Minimum of 3 years' experience in community/ disability or similar (preferred)
- Cert III in Health Services Assistance, disabilities or similar
- Driver's License
- Reliable Motor Vehicle
- NDIS Worker Orientation Module
- NDIS Worker Screening Check
- First Aid Certificate (or willingness to obtain prior to employment)
- CPR Certificate (or willingness to obtain prior to employment)
- Proven rights to work in Australia
- Must be available to work early mornings and afternoons

Job Type: Casual
Pay: $37.50 – $42.50 per hour
