Our client is a growing local provider in the Disability Services sector, and is looking for experienced and enthusiastic team members

About the Role

The company offers 24/7 supports to their clients, allowing for morning, afternoon and evening shift availabilities.

Personal care, assisted daily living skills, support in home and in the local community are just a few of the services provided to their clients.

Some of their clients have complex care needs and services are provided to support achievement and encourage further independence.

About You

A minimum of six (6) months experience working in the disability, aged care, nursing or similar field.

Availability and flexibility for day, evening and overnight shifts across a 24/7 roster

Exceptional listening, reading and communication skills with the ability to recognise and interpret non-verbal cues.

A passion for working with people who have a disability is of the utmost importance.

The ability to build and maintain strong and effective relationships with clients and their support network.

A positive and flexible attitude and a willingness to learn.

The ability to keep accurate records.

Mandatory Checks:

- NDIS Worker Check
- Working with Children Check
- National Police Clearance Check
- First Aid Certificate

Covid 19 Vaccination
- Driver's Licence (P1 or above)
- Comprehensive Vehicle Insurance & Reliable Motor Vehicle
- Two (2) Professional Referees

**Job Type**: Casual

**Salary**: From $28.68 per hour
