Proactive Community Services is a growing team, who take a proactive approach in providing quality care for all participants.

We are currently looking for support workers to provide supports in the Camden Park area.

**Your Role and Responsibilities**

**Personal Care**: You will provide support with personal hygiene tasks. This will include showering, toileting, and grooming. This is to be conducted in a courteous and respectful manner.

**Domestic Duties**:You will be assisting with meal preparation, along with assisting with feeding.

**Documentation**: You will be required to document all services.

**To be considered for the role**:

- Must have your own vehicle, a valid driver’s license.
- Experience in supporting Participants with daily living tasks.
- Willing to provide personal care for both female male participants.
- Willing to work afternoons (Finishing after 6pm).

**Licence/Certification**:

- Valid NSW Driver’s Licence.
- Current First Aid and CPR certificate.
- NSW Working with Children’s Check (WWC)
- NDIS Worker Screening Check (NDISWC)
- Police Check (Valid if within 5 years)
- NDIS Orientation Certificate.
- New Worker NDIS Induction Module Certificate.
- Infection control training.
- Must be vaccinated for Covid-19.

**Job Type**: Casual

Pay: $30.00 - $36.00 per hour

Expected hours: No less than 2 per week

Schedule:

- Afternoon shift
- Evening shift
- Shift work

Licence/Certification:

- First Aid Certification (required)
- Working with Children Check (required)
- NDIS Worker Screening Check (required)
- National Police Certificate (required)
- Driver Licence (required)

Work Authorisation:

- Australia (required)
