**What you need**
- Current driver’s license and your own car (mandatory)
- A NDIS workers screening check or be willing to obtain one
- At least 12 months experience in the care industry
- A certificate 4 in Disability/individual support or be working towards obtaining one
- Passionate about caring and committed to client wellbeing

**Days/Hours**
- 07:30 - 09:00 - Monday to Friday
- 15:00 - 17:30 - Monday to Friday

**About role**

An opportunity to make a real difference in the community.

Seeking caring and committed people to support a 27-year-old man with an intellectual disability to remain living independently at home by helping him achieve daily activities such as:

- Preparing meals
- Cleaning the house
- Showering, toileting, grooming and dressing
- Going on outings (in the community)
- Taking medications
- Participating in physical therapy

You will be supported by qualified healthcare professionals and would get the necessary training and skills to do the best job you can.
