provides automotive customers with wholesale roadside assistance, collision assistance and connected car emergency calls through the support of a national call centre team. Assist Australia supports about 2.7 million vehicles with roadside assistance.
AAA Travel and AMS Rewards
procures and manages national rewards and benefits for mobility club members from retail discounts to insurance offerings, and with a reach of about 70% of Australian households.
Chargefox
is Australia's largest and fastest-growing EV charging platform managing thousands of charging sessions across regional and national charging networks. ChargeFox partners with government, rental and company fleets to keep EV drivers on the move.
Club Assist
is one of Australia's largest automotive battery service providers. Club Assist offers end-to-end battery programs for mobility club partners and automotive retailers, delivering to every corner of Australia, as well as roadside assistance services. Its extensive battery range, including lead acid and lithium products, covers automotive, recreational, home and commercial applications.
The Role
As the
EV Partnerships Coordinator
you will play a key supporting role in the growth of the Chargefox EV charging network by ensuring seamless coordination across the sales and partnership lifecycle. Working closely with the
Head of EV Partnerships
, you will be responsible for managing tender submissions, preparing partner proposals, maintaining sales documentation, tracking commercial performance, and ensuring administrative efficiency across all strategic engagements.
This role is ideal for a highly organised, commercially astute professional with a passion for clean transport and infrastructure.
Key Responsibilities
Tender Management:
- Coordinate and manage the preparation and submission of government and commercial tenders.
- Maintain an up-to-date register of upcoming opportunities and submission deadlines.
- Collaborate with stakeholders across legal, finance, operations, and marketing to compile tender inputs.
Sales & Partnership Administration:
- Prepare pitch decks, commercial proposals, and agreements under guidance from the Head of EV Partnerships.
- Maintain a CRM system and sales pipeline reporting to ensure visibility of deal stages and partner engagement.
- Review and triage upcoming opportunities via tender and sales portals
Process and Partner Management
- Manage incoming leads and liaise directly with site hosts and the Chargefox operations team to support a streamlined partner onboarding experience for new site hosts and infrastructure partners.
- Support the development of process improvements to improve partner onboarding and re-contracting experiences.
Document & Data Management:
- Ensure accuracy and consistency across all contracts, sales documents, and partner communication.
- Track and report on key sales and partnership metrics, including site performance and revenue contribution.
Stakeholder Support:
- Liaise with cross-functional teams (Product, Legal, Operations) to support project implementation.
- Schedule and manage key meetings, partner touchpoints, and follow-ups on behalf of the Head of EV Partnerships.
What you will bring
- 3+ years' experience in tenders, sales administration, or business support, ideally in infrastructure, energy, or mobility sectors.
- Proven experience managing documentation, reporting and cross-functional coordination in a fast-paced environment.
- Strong attention to detail and excellent written communication skills.
- Ability to represent AMS and liaise with external partners
- High proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, CRM tools (e.g. Salesforce, HubSpot), and tender portals.
- Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously and work to tight deadlines.
- A proactive, collaborative mindset and passion for sustainability and the EV sector
