  • Salary range: $75,496 - $84,858 per annum (plus 17% superannuation)

About you

You are experienced in agency recruitment with expertise in developing and maintaining relationships with employers and providing job seeking advice and support to candidates or students. You are a skilled communicator who is able to adjust their communication style to liaise effectively with students, internal and external stakeholders.

About the role

In this role you will develop relationships with employers to secure exclusive paid employment opportunities for UniSA students and graduates. You will coordinate the logistical arrangements associated with the recruitment, appointment and placement of students in employment opportunities both externally with employers and internally via the Jobs on Campus initiative. You will also support students through the Career Service Drop-In at both City West and Mawson Lakes campuses, providing advice on job seeking strategies as well as accessing the broad offerings of the Career Service. The role is part of a wider team that supports student career development and employability.

To be successful you will need

  • Experience in agency recruitment and selection
  • Experience in providing job seeking advice
  • Highly developed interpersonal, communication and customer service skills
  • Highly developed organisational and office administration skills
