We're looking for an enthusiastic and motivated Sales Cadet / Trainee to join our team and launch their career in the automotive industry.

What you'll be doing:

As a Sales Cadet, you'll receive full on-the-job training and mentoring to learn every stage of the new car sales process. In time, you'll confidently guide customers through their car-buying journey by:

  • Building genuine customer relationships and delivering outstanding service.
  • Showcasing the Mazda range through product knowledge, demonstrations, and test-drives.
  • Following up leads and maximising sales opportunities (showroom, phone, and online).
  • Working closely with finance and aftersales teams to ensure a smooth process.
  • Achieving sales targets while creating memorable customer experiences.

  • Comfortable with IT systems and communication tools.
  • Available to work Saturdays (with a weekday off in lieu).
  • Holder of a current driver's licence.
  • Must be an Australian citizen to be eligible for this position.
