YOUR NEW ROLE This role supports all team members to ensure they can complete their roles effectively and provide a quality service to NDIS Participants. This role can be based at our Brisbane office.

As the NDIS Administrator your responsibilities will include:

  • Monitoring the Disability Services Mailbox, setting up new case referrals, creating Service Agreements
  • Update and process NDIS invoices, follow up and chase outstanding invoices
  • Quality check cases to ensure all required information is in the case
  • management of enquiries, Therapists and Consultant calendars and Participant bookings
  • sending reports and letter on behalf of Therapists and Consultants
  • You will also be responsible for Petty cash, stationary orders and ad hoc admin duties as required

WHAT YOU NEED TO JOIN US

  • A friendly personality and be adaptable, highly efficient and above all, a team player
  • High attention to detail and time management skills
  • NDIS knowledge and experience desirable
  • Prior experience working in the Allied Health industry would be an advantage
  • Medical administration experience desirable
  • Proficient in all Microsoft office applications
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills
