About Us
Abergeldie is a majority locally owned contractor with 30 years' industry experience in Australia and New Zealand. We design and deliver projects in the Water, Bridges, Transport, Underground, Energy and Remediation industry sectors. Projects include dams, bridges, tunnels, water and wastewater treatment process facilities, rail infrastructure, mining infrastructure, electrical substations, marine works and pipeline rehabilitation: the complex infrastructure needed to build better communities.

About the Opportunity
We are seeking Expressions of Interest from experienced Planning Leads to support the delivery of a major water and wastewater infrastructure project. In this role, you will work closely with project teams to maintain and update project schedules, monitor progress, and provide reporting that supports project delivery.

This is a hands-on planning role, ideal for someone looking to expand their expertise and take on increased responsibility in a dynamic project environment.

What You'll Bring to the Team

  • Experience in planning and scheduling for medium to large civil or infrastructure projects.
  • Strong skills in project management tools and software (e.g., Primavera P6 or equivalent).
  • Ability to prepare, maintain, and update project schedules, monitor progress, and support reporting requirements.
  • Strong communication skills to collaborate with project teams, stakeholders, and contractors.
  • A proactive approach to identifying risks, supporting solutions, and ensuring project milestones are met.
