Service Advisor – Bridgestone Select Keswick (BSK)

A fantastic opportunity has become available for a performance-driven, customer-focused Service Advisor to join the BSK and deliver an exceptional customer service experience.

We're seeking a Service Advisor with exceptional communication skills, a passion for the automotive industry, and the drive to excel in a fast-paced, professional environment. If you're ready to take the next step in your career, this is the role you've been waiting for.

Your responsibilities will include:

  • Greeting and assisting customers in the service department.
  • Advising customers on vehicle servicing and repairs.
  • Coordinating daily service appointments and next-day bookings.
  • Preparing repair orders and job sheets for the workshop.
  • Invoicing customers promptly and accurately.
  • Effectively resolving customer concerns to ensure satisfaction.
  • File & maintain customer/vehicle records
  • Update customer database details
  • Monitor & order workshop supplies/consumables

We're looking for someone with:

  • A proven customer service background, ideally in automotive.
  • Knowledge about tyres and fitting is advantageous but can be upskilled
  • Strong organisational and time management skills.
  • Ability to explain the value of services and repairs in simple, customer-friendly terms.
  • Excellent communication skills and professional presentation.
  • A genuine passion for customer care and teamwork.
  • Strong computer skills (highly regarded).
  • Experience with Marlin or Megabus booking systems (highly regarded).
