About the Role

As the Team Leader in our Workforce Australia program, you'll play a key role in driving performance and fostering a culture of excellence within a passionate team of Employment Consultants. Through your leadership, you'll create a supportive, high-performing environment where staff are empowered to succeed and deliver meaningful outcomes for participants. This is a dynamic opportunity for a resilient and purpose-driven leader who thrives in fast-paced settings, inspires others, and brings clarity and confidence to complex challenges.

What You'll Do

  • Lead & Mentor:Guide the team to deliver exceptional services to job seekers and employers.
  • Drive Performance: Support the team to consistently meet performance targets in a fast-paced, results-driven environment.
  • Build Culture: Foster coaching, accountability, and continuous improvement through regular feedback and development.
  • Manage Complexity: Balance service delivery, stakeholder engagement, and competing priorities with confidence.

  • Operational Excellence:Demonstrated ability to make confident decisions and solve problems, while ensuring consistent, high-quality, and compliant service delivery aligned with program standards.
