We're looking for a full-time Airport Services Supervisor to join our team based at the Devonport Airport. In this pivotal role, you'll be responsible for leading day-to-day airport operations and ensuring exceptional service delivery to both our clients and passengers. You'll support the Airport Operations Manager while coordinating and performing Ground Operations, Check-In & Passenger Boarding, Ramp Functions and ensuring compliance with Safety and Security Regulations.

This is a great opportunity for someone with strong airport operations experience looking to take the next step in their leadership journey or looking to step back from the hustle and bustle to a beautiful regional Airport on the Northwest Coast of Tasmania.

  • A flexible and adaptable attitude with a hands-on approach to leadership
  • Experience in coaching or training team members

What do I need to be successful?

  • Proven experience in an airport operations environment
  • Knowledge of airport systems including Altea CM & Sabre
  • Experience in customer disruption recovery and rebooking
  • Training delivery experience is highly regarded
  • Dangerous Goods certification (preferred but not essential)
  • ASIC Holder or  ability to be able to gain one.
