We're searching for a motivated, detail-driven Service Team Leader to oversee day-to-day operations, lead a talented team of housekeepers and runners, and support our operations Manager in delivering an exceptional guest experience.

What You'll Be Doing

  • Lead and support a diverse team of housekeepers, runners, and contractors.
  • Oversee daily operations, ensuring every property meets Bedspoke's high standards.
  • Assist Operations Managers with scheduling, task allocation, and quality control.
  • Manage rosters, attendance, and workflow to ensure smooth service delivery.
  • Communicate clearly and effectively using multiple digital platforms (Telegram, WhatsApp, and internal systems).
  • Motivate and mentor your team, fostering a culture of accountability, pride, and professionalism.
  • Conduct property checks to maintain quality and guest satisfaction.
  • Ensure workplace health and safety standards are consistently met.
