DIDO Maintenance Electrician – Solar Farm (2hrs drive from Perth)

Role: Field Service Technician (Electrical) – Solar Farm

Salary: $128,440 base + overtime + meal allowance | Annual earnings above $140k

Roster: 8/6 - 10hr Days

Accomodation, Phone & Laptop provided

Availability to be on-call out side of regular hours maybe required

DC Search has partnered with a leading company in the renewable energy sector to offer an exciting opportunity for an experienced Field Service Technician on a solar farm near Perth, WA. In this role, you will play a key part in the operations and maintenance (O&M) of the solar farm, ensuring it operates at maximum capacity.

What you'll be doing:

  • Peform daily O&M tasks across the solar farm, including testing, fault finding, and scheduled maintenance
  • Carry out HV switching duties, always with safety and compliance front of mind
  • Tackle breakdowns and electrical faults swiftly and effectively
  • Keep clear, accurate maintenance records and support compliance reporting
  • Contribute to a positive team culture that values safety, accountability, and continuous improvement

Key Requirements

  • WA Electrical License (required) OR Mutual Recognition
  • HV Switching Ticket (Desirable) - With Experience
  • LVR CPR
  • National Police Clearance
  • Australian Driver's License
  • Ability to pass a medical
  • Full working rights
