What We're Looking For:

  • Keen to learn and grow within the renewable energy field

  • Ability to work independently with initiative

  • Strong work ethic and commitment

  • White Card / Construction Induction Card (preferred but not essential)

  • Working at Heights Ticket (preferred but not essential)

  • Full Driver's License (preferred but not essential)

  • Solar installation experience (preferred, but training provided if needed)

Key Responsibilities:

  • Support in planning and setting up solar installation projects

  • Lead daily on-site activities, ensuring smooth project progress

  • Proactively solve problems and ask questions to ensure quality work

  • Maintain and care for tools and equipment for efficiency

  • Assist electricians with various tasks, contributing to successful project execution
