Sun Direct Power is a leading name in WA's renewable energy industry with a strong reputation for high-quality installations. We believe in rewarding our installers for their skill and efficiency, which is why we offer an industry-leading profit share model on top of a top-tier hourly rate. 

Due to a strong pipeline of projects, we're seeking an experienced
CEC Accredited Electrician

to lead one of our installation teams. 

What's On Offer:

  • Excellent Base Rate:

A secure, top-market wage of
$70 - $75 per hour + Super

.
- Generous Profit Share Bonus:

On top of your hourly rate, you'll earn a
10% share of the net profit on every installation you lead.

This is a transparent, uncapped bonus paid weekly. Our lead installers consistently add an extra
$20,000 - $30,000+

to their annual income.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Lead and mentor your dedicated installation team, consisting of a skilled Solar Installer and a full-time Trades Assistant for standard projects.
  • Scale your crew to a 4-person team by managing an additional on-call assistant for larger or more complex jobs.
  • Manage the on-site project from start to finish, including commissioning, testing, and completing all necessary compliance paperwork (e.g., CES, E-notices).
  • Ensure all work is completed to the highest standards of safety and workmanship.
  • Maintain a professional and friendly relationship with our clients on-site.

About You:

  • Hold a current WA A-Grade Unrestricted Electrical Licence.
  • Have current Clean Energy Council (CEC) Grid-Connect Install & Design Accreditation.
  • SAA (Solar Accreditation Australia accreditation) – highly desirable
  • Have a valid WA Driver's Licence.
  • Hold a Working at Heights Certificate and Construction Induction Card (White Card).
  • You have a proven track record of high-quality solar installations and take genuine pride in your work.
  • You're an efficient, motivated, and safety-conscious professional.
