AlphaDermis is Melbourne's first male-predominant aesthetic clinic, proudly based in Thornbury. Established 5 years ago, we specialise in advanced skin treatments, laser hair removal, and customised body therapies.

We pride ourselves on delivering results-driven care with a personalised, comfortable approach for both male and female clientele. With a strong focus on training and professional development, AlphaDermis is a supportive environment where therapists can refine their skills, grow their careers, and be part of something unique in the aesthetics industry.

What We Offer
  • Above award pay + weekly incentives for meeting targets.
  • $500 bonus upon successful completion of the training period.
  • Casual + Part-time, 3-5 days per week (flexible hours available).
  • Ongoing training in advanced treatments, laser & product knowledge.
  • Opportunity to progress into senior therapist or dermal clinician pathways.
Your Day-to-Day
  • Perform advanced skin & body treatments, aesthetic enhancement treatments, and laser hair removal.
  • Consult with clients to create tailored treatment and product plans.
  • Build strong, lasting client relationships through education, trust, and care.
  • Work independently while contributing to a supportive and collaborative clinic culture.
What You'll Need
  • Minimum 2 years' experience as a Beauty Therapist or in a similar role.
  • Minimum of a Diploma in Beauty Therapy (essential).
  • Bachelor of Dermal Sciences or Nursing qualifications are highly regarded.
  • Experience with laser hair removal and advanced skin treatments (preferred, with training provided).
  • Excellent consultation and communication skills.
  • Professional, proactive, and client-focused mindset.
  • Demonstrated ability to achieve sales targets and build client retention.
  • Comfortable with product recommendations and upselling treatments.
