As we continue our national expansion, we are seeking an experienced and strategic Franchise Sales Director to lead the development and execution of our franchise growth strategy. This role is critical to the continued success of our brand and offers the opportunity to shape the future of our network.

What You'll Do

As Franchise Sales Director, you will:

  • Develop and execute a high-performance franchise sales strategy to meet ambitious growth targets.
  • Identify, attract and close qualified franchisee candidates, ensuring alignment with brand values and financial standards.
  • Source and evaluate potential lease sites, negotiate lease agreements, and ensure optimal locations for franchise growth.
  • Create and manage robust pipeline reporting, forecasts, and KPI tracking; continuously improve processes.
  • Travel as needed across regions to meet prospects, inspect sites, and support potential franchisees.
  • Ensure all conduct, communications, and documentation are compliant with the Franchising Code of Conduct.
  • Provide high-level communication and support to prospective franchisees to ensure they fully understand our model, processes, and expectations.
  • Deliver detailed and accurate reporting on all enquiries, leads, and sales activities.
  • Drive the strategic direction of franchise expansion nationally, ensuring sustainable growth and brand integrity.

What We're Looking For

You possess:

  • Minimum 5+ years' experience as a Franchise Development Manager, Franchise Sales Director or similar.
  • Proven track record in franchise recruitment within the hospitality, retail, or QSR sectors.
  • Experience in sourcing, evaluating, and negotiating commercial lease sites.
  • Strong business acumen and administrative capability, with in-depth understanding of the Franchise Code of Conduct and related legal frameworks.
  • Outstanding communication, consultation, and negotiation skills.
  • Demonstrated experience in reviewing Franchise Agreements, Business Contracts, and Leases.
  • High-level financial literacy and ability to interpret and build business models.
  • Proficiency in CRM software (e.g., Salesforce, HubSpot) for pipeline management and reporting
  • A tertiary qualification in Business or a related field is advantageous but not essential.
  • A proactive, results-driven, and relationship-focused approach with the confidence to represent a growing national brand.
  • Current Australian driver's licence and willingness to travel
  • Authorisation to work in Australia (Australian citizenship, permanent residency, or valid work visa)
