Melbourne, Victoria, Australia Boronia Heights Pharmacy Full time $80,000 - $120,000 per year

We are looking for a pharmacist to join our friendly, professional team. We require someone who could work the following hours:

  • Monday 8:30am - 3pm
  • Tuesday 1pm - 8pm
  • Every second Saturday 9am - 3pm
  • Sunday 10am - 3pm
  • These shifts could be filled by one or more candidate(s)

We are a small but busy independent pharmacy in Boronia with a strong focus on customer care. The pharmacy is located in a vibrant shopping strip with a strong community feel. The pharmacy is open 7 days a week trading until 8pm Monday to Friday and 3pm on the weekends. 

Duties include:

  • Dispensing using FRED Plus dispense
  • Counselling of medications in a friendly, professional and timely manner.
  • Counselling of OTC items and assisting team members with customer queries.
  • Checking and being involved with Webster packs that are packed by a dispensary technician.
  • Daily ordering and general maintenance of the dispensary
  • Delivering professional services within the 8CPA framework including the provision of Meds Checks.
  • Work to assist in increasing customer numbers and scripts on file.
  • No Methadone

Experience required:

  • Vaccination qualification highly desired.
  • Experienced in retail pharmacy
  • Proven experience in the delivery/implementation of 8CPA programs highly desirable.
